New Domain Name

    Huzzah! I have finally gotten the new domain name! Unfortunately, GameCraft.net was taken, so I took this name. It kinda sucks, but its a domain name. On the bright side, no more ads! Also, we have 1295mb of space!
    I just want to get out of the way that GameCraftNetwork was not the first thing to pop into my head. There are probably afew other names that are twice as good, but its too late now. Here are the domain names I tried (With .com, .net, and .org...)

   A metaphorical middle finger should be stuck up at the domain subdomain for uCoz. Half of the website was in Russian!

GameCraftNetwork.net

    After alot of work, I finally got that fifth box in for Widescreen users. That means everyone with Standard monitors will only have 4 boxes across, while people with more modern Widescreen computer monitors will see a fifth box. This was the most difficult thing to do on the website. To use a document.write tag in javascript, you have to keep everything in a single line. That made working with the default $CODE$ tags very difficult. I hope you guys like it.

Added Notes

   I just fixed an issue with the Javascript. The box was showing even though I was using my Standard monitor. I fixed it by making it detect whether you screen size is above 1200 instead of exactly 1048.

    Right now, I am waiting on a couple of things. The waiting game is very irritating, but I still have to play along. The first thing I am waiting for is for Paypal to receive the money from my bank account so I can finally get to paying for the domain name. They say it should take until September 3rd. And then I will have to wait for the payment to go through. Anything after that is a mystery.
    The other thing I am waiting for is a reply to my "Box Topic" in which I have a bad Javascript code that I need fixing. Nobody seems to know too much about Javascript, so nobody can help me. Im doubting any of you are Javascript experts either.

Good News Everyone!

    Last night I got an email from Monta, the creator of the monsters I use on the website. She assured me that using her monsters in my website was "No problem!"
    So now, I definitely have permission to use her monsters. But, if any of you use Montas Monsters, be sure to give credit to Monta. Credit to GameCraft is optional, but preferred.

Links Finished

    After alot of hard work and time, I finally completed the Links Section. Each and every website has an image, each and every website has content, and each and every website is amazing. After taking a long look around, I found that my list is the largest list I could find. Not only that, but I will be searching for more websites to post, and maybe afew features to introduce.
    I was going to see if I can add a rating system for each and every link, and maybe even a link submission form. You will all have to wait for those to come out.

Pink Hippo Wants More Users

    I love my website. Its one of my greatest achievements. Of course, its not much of anything, but I am proud of myself for making something so amazing. Like any human being, I will try and get better and better stuff. That's why I constantly add to this website, and that's why I am asking for you guys to help this website grow.
    Afew of the users here have reached Ultima level, but haven't posted anything except an introduction post. If you are a new user, try and achieve more than just being here, try and become an important part of GameCraft. Post some of your resources, post your WIP game in the Games Section, or post anything in the Forums!
    I will be helping as best i can by improving on everything, try to stay tuned on what is happening, because this website is constantly moving forward. Atleast try to comment on News posts, Games, Resources, and Articles.

    I just fixed the CSS of the entire website. In afew places, you could see redish borders and text. After alot of hard work, I found each problem and fixed them. Alot of the work was in the Forums. Games, Downloads, and Resources each had a red border surrounding it, now its green. Also, the border around each chat post is green too!
    I hope that this will help people join up, because there were quite afew CSS problems. It should all be fixed, but if you notice anything, please comment to this News Post.

GameCraft Game

    I have come up with a basic story for the game. I didn't actually take any of the ideas given to me, and for this I apologize. It was a bummer to take down all the ideas given to me. My problem with the ideas was that most were about what Battle System I should use, after I had already said that I had a Battle System ready.
   Here is the story I have come up with:

   Everyone needs money. Money is the most important thing in your life. You need money to eat, sleep, drink, and for weapons. I don't have any money. Its hard enough to find a place to keep safe at night.
   I need a job, so I pull into a town named Eruidith. A large town, with everything you may need. Inns for sleeping, Armories for weapons, Stables for horses, and Pubs to drink at. With the small amount of change, I buy myself a beer at the pub.
   The doors of the pub swing open, and in comes a bulky man. A crossbow at his back, with a long black coat and hat. Everyone in the Pub looks at the man.
   "I need a drink Bartender. Give me a bottle..."
   The Bartender turns around and grabs a large bottle of scotch. The man walks up to the counter and reaches into his pocket for his gold pieces.
   "How much is it Bartender?" The man says in a low voice.
   "Two coins."
   The man pulls out of his pocket two coins, and places them on the counter.
   "Now Bartender, I seem to have a dilemma. Where in this town can I find a lackey to carry my equipment?"
   I interrupt the Bartender, "How much do you pay?"
   "I pay 50 gold for each day of service, and double on special occasions."
   "I'll take the job."

Links Section

    I know you all loved the Links section, so I am remaking it. It will include images for each website, either showing them what the website supplies, or some logo of some sort. Ive already begun on the links section to show you guys the formatting of the section.
    If you have a link that contains a sufficient amount of resources within it, I will willingly post it. If your link is actually your website, and I deny it for the list, you can still apply to be an affiliate here.

    In the chatbox, it was requested that I re-upload Montas Monsters with all the monsters in the Random Monster Generator included. Since I am an amazingly awesome person, I uploaded it.

Re-Designing

    Last night, I looked through the website, making sure that everything works, and that nobody is breaking the rules. Nothing is broken, and nobody is breaking the rules, but some things are squished, or don't pop out enough. Heres a list of the places I focused on:

The Games Section -- First of all, the icons in the game section are squished unevenly, making the game logo look weird. Secondly, I don't think there is enough space on the specific game page. I will remove the bar to the right for those pages.

Forums -- uCoz didn't make the forums easy to edit. Its been a really big hassle to edit things. I will be making afew changes to the forums section, so it matches the rest of the website.

Downloads Section -- I don't like the look too much, I will be making afew small edits to this section.

Small Changes -- I also noticed afew smaller things, like in the Users Profile page, the users website isn't a link. Also, all over the website, you see small fragments of the old template. Ill get rid of those.

GameCraftProject

    Ive always wanted to make a game using Montas Monsters, but I've never been able to come up with a decent story to make the game around. I already fixed up a battle system, and gathered scripts together, I just need to make it. If any of you guys strike gold with a game idea that uses most of Montas Monsters, please share it with me. I would love to hear some ideas.
